1. Home Inspectors carrying out both Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition reports can select the Energy Assessor Cover providing < 25% of their total yearly reports are for Home condition reports. This level of cover is ideally suited to Qualified Home Inspectors who predominately carry out energy performance certificates as well as some Home Condition Reports (PI insurance of £250 000 must be selected). 2. Home Inspectors carrying out both Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition reports where 25% or more of their total yearly reports are for Home condition reports. This level of cover is ideally suited to Qualified Home Inspectors who carry out Home Condition Reports and/or energy performance certificates.
